Active monitoring practitioners

Active Monitoring is a programme of supportive intervention and guided self-help to improve patients’ mental health and wellbeing. It is a series of weekly sessions over a six-week period. The Active Monitoring team can deal with issues such as Mild to Moderate Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Depression and Low Mood, Stress, Depression, Anger, Low Self-Esteem, Loneliness, as well as Grief and Loss.

This service is provided by Dorset MIND working in collaboration with North Bournemouth PCN.
